oh yeah and am digging it out by hand it a tiny garden my mate wants the turf just gonna take my time and enjoy this weather doing this one to show my mate who wants hes drive done there is big demand for this
yeah is my first job worked it out got my own mats. its costing me £200 for colour hardners sealer etc ton of type 1 £35 whacker plate hire £30 and the concrete is costing £170 so that works out £435 will only need 1 man for 2 days £30 per day so thats say £500 take out my diesel still making a little bit of profit plus experiance which in my eyes i want more than the money
That works out at £57/m2 which is a bit low, concrete will cost £200 with part load charge + colour and mats at about £100 + dig out, formwork, stone and labour for pour day. You have four visits to the job 1 dig and stone, 2 pour, 3 wash, 4 seal. Most contractors have a minimum charge say £1250- £2000 to cover costs.
just got a job it is a small front garden wouldnt even get a car parked on it have charged 800 is that a good price have own lorry so taking away old turf an can bring my own type1 etc
