Supposedly your supposed to grind , wash and mop a floor before application.
Are there any alternatives to grinding. Do you really need to do so with new concrete slab?
What about when it comes to doing jobs ontop of tile floors, instead of breaking tile and grinding, isn't it just as good to mix aggregate with cement and put a new layer ontop?
